Top E-commerce Executive develops and articulates the overall vision, strategy, and capacity needed to support organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce sales growth goals. Evaluates and recommends e-commerce investments & initiatives and leads the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being a Top E-commerce Executive identifies opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue using data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, Top E-commerce Executive prioritizes and plans technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top E-commerce Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top E-commerce Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of operation’s technical needs & equipment, and records all documents needed for order fulfillment
- Supports and helps in order fulfillment and overall inventory
- Maintains the cleanliness and order inside the warehouse
- Ensures safety inside the facility, including the items present in the warehouse and the people inside.
- Ensures that items received are of standard quality and in saleable state; correct in quantity
- Picks and packs orders; Administers QC procedures before fulfillment of orders end to end.
- Ensures that orders are dispatched on the scheduled date; Should be complete and in compliance in SOPs of proper packing.
- Moving products to storage areas with proper equipment and stacking and storing the merchandise.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months previous warehouse experience
- Operate (RF) hand held scanner
- Number recognition and correlation
- Lift and move 50 lbs, push, pull, squat, bend and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
- Mobility necessary to work all levels of building
- Can stand 90% of working shift if required by job responsibilities
