• Increasing market share with existing and new clients
• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their business and hiring needs
• Partnering with internal teams to find new opportunities, qualify the needs, and present talent to our customer base
• Presenting our value proposals professionally to senior-level leaders
• Networking to build stronger bridges with clients we serve
• Sourcing candidates continuously from various locations, including our database of over 190,000 existing contacts, referrals, job postings, applications, resume databases, and social media
