We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Administrative Director to join our team. This role is essential in providing guidance and team leadership, while developing and managing the administrative and financial functions of our school to ensure operational efficiency and financial stability.
Position Overview:
The Administrative Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations, managing school finances, and developing systems to enhance operational efficiency. This role will serve as a liaison between the board, administrative staff, and academic leadership, ensuring that all administrative activities align with the school's mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
School Leadership: Support and lead the school’s administrative team in the critical functions of their respective roles, while serving as a key link between their team and the faculty team and leadership.
Financial Stewardship: Maintain the financial health of the school by preparing and delivering financial reports, managing budgets, and overseeing tax preparations.
Operational Management: Develop and implement systems, SOPs, and KPIs to improve administrative efficiency. Oversee organizational tasks such as inventory, filing, menu planning, communications, scheduling, and vendor relationships.
Personnel Management: Serve as the decision-maker for administrative staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, payroll, etc.
Compliance: Ensure the school complies with academic and state regulations in collaboration with other leadership members.
Collaboration: Work closely with Academic Leadership, Parent Council, and other committees on projects and initiatives for school improvement and operations, including fundraising and event planning.
HR Responsibilities: Handle unbiased complaints or suggestions from the faculty and oversee HR-related tasks.
Fundraising and Enrollment: Oversee efficient operations of school tours, enrollment processes, and fundraising efforts.
