The Executive Assistant is part of the Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma team and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Executive Director of the Catholic Foundation. This individual is also responsible for the planning and implementation of events and activities for the Foundation to cultivate new and existing relationships.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare constituent profiles, research summaries, proposals and other support material for visit made by the Executive Director.
• Prepare thank you letters and follow up materials as necessary for all visits made by the Executive Director.
• Prepare and distribute materials for meetings including agendas, informational packets and more.
• Assist in organization/communication to board and committee members.
• Manage and process Accounts Payable for Secretariate of Stewardship & Development.
• Schedule meetings and confirm reservations on behalf of the Executive Director.
• Plan, coordinate and manage events sponsored by the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City and the Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma, designed to increase awareness of and support for the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City.
• Promote recognition of benefactors for their service and generosity, cultivation of financial resources and solicitation of donor contributions.
• Coordinate with vendors, venue personnel, and others to ensure confirmation of specifics and accurate follow-through on all event details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Demonstrate philanthropic values and a commitment to service
