About the role:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for speaking with people from all over the country. Our most successful reps build strong, positive, and empathetic relationships with customers who find us on the internet and transact with us over the phone. You will be provided with a robust pipeline of customer leads and opportunities generated by prior customer and professional referrals, inbound calls, and sophisticated internet-based marketing and will be responsible for explaining the services we offer, maintaining and developing customer relationships, and closing transactions which help our customers meet their objectives. No prior probate or estate law knowledge or experience necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of detail-oriented inbound and outbound consumer calls with a professional, respectful, and caring attitude.
- Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with co-workers and support staff.
- Welcome training and guidance from more experienced managers and co-workers and then, once trained, offer training and guidance to newer hires.
- Track all sales-related activities in a Customer Relations Management System.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills, good judgment, patience, excellent listening skills, ability to manage multiple sales opportunities - from initial point of contact to closure-simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
