Job Role:

As a Janitorial Crew Worker, you'll be responsible for:

• Perform heavy cleaning tasks including floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and trash removal.
• Working closely with team members and management to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Identifying and communicating the need for supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
• Following safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements:

What you’ll need to succeed:

• A clean legal background and drug-free status.
• Preferably, proficiency in using cleaning equipment.
• A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are essential.
• Capability to operate trucks or other vehicles to job sites.
• Certain positions may require safety certification assessments.
• (IMPORTANT) Ensure your resume lists three professional references.

• $17 per hour with experience
• $18 per hour for leads (1-2 years experience)
