    Overview

    As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will lead our HR functions with a focus on excellence, equity, and inclusion. Collaborating closely with the executive team, you will drive strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with our mission and objectives, transforming our HR department into a model of service excellence.

    Responsibilities

    Lead and mentor a dynamic team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional service.

    Partner with the executive team to develop a people-centric strategy aligned with organizational goals.

    Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a respectful culture.

    Oversee talent lifecycle aspects like performance management, benefits, engagement, and compliance.

    Serve as the primary HR advisor to the Chief Diversity and People Officer.

    Champion change management initiatives for successful implementation.

    Contribute to committees and special projects as required.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.

    10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior HR roles or 7 years in a supervisory capacity.

    Experience in developing and implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

    Preferred qualifications include SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications, financial services or retail experience, advanced degrees, and HR management experience in complex environments.

    Competitive base salary ranging from $159,828 to $168,240 annually, based on experience.
