Monitors the research, analysis, and evaluation of investment vehicles and makes decisions and selections in alignment with the organization's goals and risk tolerance. Being an Top Investment Executive oversees an organization's investment activity to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements. Develops, articulates, and communicates the overall investment strategy, vision, and objectives of the organization to achieve long-term growth and profitability. Additionally, Top Investment Executive provides strategic leadership, direction, and guidance to align investment strategies with business goals and market outlook. Oversees and manages the investment portfolio, asset allocation, and diversification strategies to optimize returns, manage risks, and achieve investment objectives. Monitors, evaluates, and adjusts investment strategies and asset mix to respond to market conditions, economic trends, and investment opportunities. Routinely reviews investment operation policies and procedures and recommends changes to increase efficiency or compliance. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Top Investment Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. About the Role
We are currently seeking an Executive Coordinator who will support two of Bridgewater’s Department Heads (DHs) by liaising with internal and external stakeholders on their behalf, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, managing their commitments and calendars, installing and overseeing intra-team processes, and ensuring broad organization and coordination across his responsibilities. This role demands a highly organized candidate who can juggle multiple, sometimes competing, priorities seamlessly. And, given the sensitive nature of the information the team frequently engages on, unwavering professionalism, absolute discretion, and exceptional judgement are all non-negotiables.

Physical Requirements:
For most of our roles, Bridgewater offers remote work flexibility, with most employees required to work on campus as their principal work location, a minimum of two days (and in some cases three days) per week with the option to work offsite on other days.
Compensation:
The wage range for this role is $125,000 - $200,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80-90% of this wage range.
