What You'll Do
As the Director of Vendor Governance, you'll be the driving force behind the oversight and management of our strategic supplier relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for our strategic suppliers, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Implementing effective performance management strategies to optimize vendor contracts and service delivery.
Conducting ongoing due diligence of suppliers, including financial reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
Facilitating regular communication and business reviews with our partners and suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborating with internal teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage vendor spend effectively.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone with:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, coupled with 8-10 years of experience in vendor management or procurement.
A strong understanding of the financial services industry, with previous experience being a plus.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
