The Superintendent's responsibility is to supervise and coordinate all construction activities and field personnel (i.e. staff, subcontractors & vendors) as required to successfully complete the homebuilding project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality of workmanship, while administrating good construction responsibilities and duties.
