An LPN with experience working in LTC setting is required for a 13-week assignment.
Long Term Care Facility. Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatment, wound vac care, CPAP care and other assigned duties.
Shifts available: Day, Evening and Night shift available. Shift will be discussed during interview.
