Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrator to join our team. As an Executive Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Duties: - Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations - Maintain and organize electronic and physical files - Assist with event planning and coordination - Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist with special projects as assigned Qualifications: - Proven experience as an executive administrator or similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar - Familiarity with file management systems and DocuSign is a plus - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Health insurance coverage - Retirement plan options - Paid time off and holidays If you are a highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.
