Role Overview
As our Vice President of Strategy, Store Operations, you will shape the future of our retail operations across the U.S. and Canada. Based at our corporate office in Atlanta, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance customer experiences and drive operational excellence within our stores. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Store Operations, this role offers significant opportunities for impactful leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:- Develop and implement retail strategic plans in collaboration with key departments.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team to foster excellence and accountability.
- Utilize performance metrics to optimize operations and identify enhancements and risks.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives involving cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Manage communication strategies between retail locations and corporate to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive partnerships across departments to enhance store processes and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Champion innovative solutions to enhance the shopping experience and meet evolving consumer needs.
- Lead the strategy for omni-channel enhancements for a seamless customer experience.
- Provide strategic oversight to maintain safety standards and enhance the customer and employee experience.
- Develop and implement safety and security programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- 10 years of experience in retail operations, strategy, or related fields.
- BA/BS degree with a strong understanding of retail systems and technology.
- Experienced leader with the ability to lead teams and drive successful business outcomes.
- Strong critical thinking skills and business acumen in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and potentially internationally based on business needs.
