Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and managing employees. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, multi tasker, problem solver and proficient in a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front office, fabricators and installers
• Oversee the filing system and maintain company records
• Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure we are obtaining the best pricing
• Working with our main clientele and builders when needed
• Administrative tasks such as data entry, emails, texts & phone calls
• Updating the website with remnants, pricing and description
• Update inventory and run monthly reports using Slabware
• Invoicing & estimates
• Assisting with walk in homeowners, designers & builders when needed
• Background in sales would be helpful
• Scheduling using Google calendar on a daily basis
• Manage all inventory, office supplies and tooling supplies and order as necessary
• Problem solving and fast decision making
• Customer service is a top priority and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Construction background or countertop/flooring background would be helpful

Experience:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Experience in vendor management and negotiation

- Proficiency in administrative tasks including human resources functions

- Friendly and great customer service

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably operations manager
• Proficiency using Google, Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Fast thinking and problem solving

This is a FT position

Pay is competitive with a yearly salary and direct deposit weekly

Weekly hours: M-F 8a-5p & possibly 1-2 Saturdays a month from 9a-12p
