Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Junior Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, promoting our services, and contributing to the growth of our business. Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for our services.
• Assist senior sales representatives in lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Learn about our services and offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT sales and willingness to learn about IT services and solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to take on new challenges.
