Champions new product development and leads collaboration with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure that new and existing products support the organization's financial goals. Additionally, Top Product Development Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Product Development Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     • Provide production support for diverse mix of training programs and seminars.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for office operations, administrative support, and production of training materials.
    • Oversee correspondence, scheduling, & other administrative support for President / Executive Director.
    • Create and update client records and databases with appropriate / relevant information.
    • Prepare / submit reports, develop presentations / contribute to client proposals.
    • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, client billing, and various bookkeeping duties.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Successful experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or relevant roles.
    • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, and office management software (ERP etc.)
    • High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

    SALARY & BENEFITS

    • Starting Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience.)
    • Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, annual bonus, and 12 days of PTO/year.
