Manages and oversees the strategic product roadmap, product development, product launch, and product marketing. Additionally, Top Product Management Executive develops standard operating policies and procedures to facilitate rapid development and implementation of new products or features. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Top Product Management Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. - Collaborating with P&L owners to develop robust business cases for product initiatives.
- Executing product commercialization, planning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Cultivating strong relationships with internal customers to support their requirements.
- Conducting thorough market analysis to anticipate current and future needs.
- Establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure and optimize product performance.
- Providing leadership and delegation for product management and commercialization activities.
