Job Summary

Executes administrative functions for the Chief Operations Officer. With complete anonymity, performs advanced administrative/business support functions, primarily of a confidential nature.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex calendars of Chief Operations Officer and Senior Management
• Prepares Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, meeting agendas, reports, special projects, travel itineraries, and other documents
• Acts as first-line contact representing Extra Space Storage and Chief Operations Officer to industry leaders, executives, partners, and staff
• Arrange domestic and international travel for Chief Operations Officer / team members
• Prepare complex expense reports for Chief Operations Officer / team members
• Coordinate all aspects of Chief Operations Officer’s travel throughout the country to include hotel reservations, meeting reservations, airfare, travel packets / notebooks, meal reservations, team dinners, team activities, etc.
• Research and reserve private dining rooms throughout the country for team dinners
• Record meeting minutes for various high-level meetings
• Assist the Event Manager with National Sales Meeting logistics and planning
• Perform research and analysis

Education and Experience

• 3-5 years executive support preferred
