The Director, Product Management - Growth is responsible for managing the product lifecycle from inception and definition to launch for the growth of the company. This role will lead product development efforts to achieve customer acquisition, conversion, and monetization targets. The Director will leverage OKRs to ensure that work is aligned with organizational goals and will strive to ensure that the product vision is met while staying agile and responsive to customer feedback. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who is comfortable with Real Estate technology with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals
• Partner with stakeholders to define product roadmap
• Collaborate with senior management on key strategies and tactics
• Manage product development and launch processes
• Establish metrics for product success and track progress
• Identify improvement and growth opportunities
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 7 years of product management, development, and/or engineering experience in a customer-facing environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage a product lifecycle from inception to launch
• Proven track record of delivering successful products
• Expertise in product development, customer acquisition, conversion, and monetization
• An in-depth understanding of OKRs and their application
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Real Estate technology is preferred
