We are one of the most experienced & respected full-service residential property management companies in Cache Valley, and we are looking for an Executive Property Manager. This position combines the work flexibility that comes from working in the real estate industry as an independent contractor, plus the job security of an established portfolio of single-family/multi-family properties to manage.
The position will be tasked with:
1. Managing a portfolio of single-family/multi-family properties throughout Cache Valley
2. Meeting with potential owner-clients to offer our services to local investors
Candidate must possess:
1. A very strong moral & ethical foundation - integrity
2. Preferred (but not required) 2 years' experience in property management
3. Interest in obtaining Utah real estate license
4. Professional appearance & likeable personality
5. Ability to work hard …. very hard
6. High degree of self-confidence tempered by humility
7. Strong attention to detail and organization
8. Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems
9. Ability to work independently but follow our proven process
Primary job duties:
1. Coordinate new tenant leasing processes
2. Resident and Owner relations
3. Coordinating resident move-outs and security deposit returns
4. Basic bookkeeping
5. Maintenance coordination and lease renewals on rental properties
Compensation: (The position is as an Independent Contractor) DOE, initial base plus commission. Once established, our Executive Property Managers earn $75,000
