Job Summary
Executive Recruiting Network is seeking a dynamic DIR/Floortime Advanced or Expert level Clinician to build and create assessments and session adjustments based on case-by-case data. The goal is to ultimately provide opportunities for learning through spontaneous exchanges with children with ASD, helping build critical developmental abilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Advanced certification in DIR/Floortime and be an authorized NJFC Medicaid provider.
Responsibilities
· Oversee and monitor Player interaction with the child.
· Assess, modify, and reassess Player style of play with the child for optimal success and growth.
· Note taking and data collection as needed.
· Call team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
· Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies as needed.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Provide weekly sessions with child caregivers.
Qualifications
· New Jersey State licensure in Education, Speech and Language Pathology, OT, PT, RN, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, Psychology or APN.
· Minimum of an Advanced DIR/Floortime certification (ICDL/Greenspan/Profectum)
· Reliable form of transportation
