Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare oversees all aspects of the quality management function for a hospital or other healthcare facility. Develops plans designed to improve the overall quality of the organization's facilities and patient care services. Being a Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare oversees the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with the Joint Commission, HIPAA, and other accreditation standards. Responsible for planning and directing quality policies, programs, and initiatives. Additionally, Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare requires a MD. Requires State License to Practice Medicine. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Job Description
*Developmental Disabilities/Program Manager
Do you enjoy working with people with developmental disabilities? Do you have experience with supervising staff, managing residential programs, overseeing people with special needs, and experience with licensing standards?
You will add value by:
- Leading and guiding residential staff in assessing individual strengths and needs
- Being a part of creating a safe and positive environment for the individuals in the residence
- Modeling and supervising positive staff communication/written and verbal
- Performing supervisory duties
- Adhering to the agency policies and procedures and state licensing requirements
- The development and implementation of individual habilitation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human service or related field preferred
- Experience/background working with individuals with behaviorals
- Experience working with people with disabilities in a community setting
- Computer skills necessary
- Flexible work hours
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Physical exam
- Some of our positions require the ability to work with challenging behaviors
