Being a Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare oversees the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with the Joint Commission, HIPAA, and other accreditation standards. Responsible for planning and directing quality policies, programs, and initiatives. Additionally, Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare requires a MD. Requires State License to Practice Medicine. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     ```Responsibilities```
    - Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements
    - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
    - Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
    - Monitor changes in regulations and update client policies accordingly
    - Investigate any potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in all areas of the organization
    - Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and reports

    To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
    - Proven experience working in a compliance role, preferably within the healthcare industry
    - In-depth knowledge Dietary practices and regulations
    - Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICD-10, ICD-9, HIPAA, compliance management, and Medicare guidelines
    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
    - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    - Effective communication skills to provide guidance and training to employees
