Job Description: RN Quality Management Coordinator

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Quality Management Coordinator for a 13-week contract in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Open Heart and Cardiovascular (CV) care. This role is critical in ensuring the highest quality standards and patient care within our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality management and improvement programs related to Open Heart and CV care.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to develop and promote best practices in patient care.
• Facilitate training and education programs for clinical staff to enhance quality and patient safety.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to senior management.
• Participate in root cause analyses and develop action plans to address identified issues.
• Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to quality management.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with specific experience in Open Heart and Cardiovascular care.
• Previous experience in a quality management or coordinator role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of quality management software.

Pay: $59.00 - $64.00 per hour
