Expectation:

• Licensed real estate agent preferred or in process of being licensed
• Must know the Broward and Palm Beach county area
• Must Drive
• Must have social media accounts, Instagram, FB and Linkedin
• Have graphic design materials samples ready to present during interview please

Marketing Coordinator Tasks:

• Create and post Social Media ads, reels and posts
• Create digital newsletters and mail out
• oversee and communicate with marketing team regarding the creation marketing materials, ads, flyers, postcards, magazine ads
• create a marketing calendar and budget and keep it updated
• Assist with setting up open houses, broker opens, showings
• Visit properties to take pictures and video for social media and marketing
• Assist with organizing and setting up special client and broker events
• Oversee ordering and designing client gifts
• Create and oversee monthly team marketing updates for clients

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
