Management of Real EstateTransactions:
Candidate will assist in overseeing all phases of company's Rental and Sale Transactions, both residential and commercial.
Appointment Management: Organize and manage the President's daily appointments and schedules both business and personal.
Liason: Act as a liaison between the President and clients, agents, and vendors. Applicant must have superb communication and writing skills as they will be the responding to emails, phone calls, dealing directly with clients, vendors and agents.- Invoicing and Billing: Applicant will assist in invoices, paying bills and employees time sheets.
- Proposal and Marketing Support: Assist in drafting compelling proposals and marketing materials, in print, web based and social media.
- Outstanding communication, writing and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Instagram.
- Lack of fear to learn all new applications.
- Bachelors degree.
- Ability to constantly learn new softwares and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
