    About The Role

    As a Digital Media Sales & Business Development professional, you will sell digital marketing strategies and advertising solutions to new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients. This sales position aims to educate prospects about the importance of a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns with their business goals. This full-time opportunity offers a dynamic, fun, and challenging B2B sales environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Prospecting and Lead Development: Aggressively prospect, develop, and close leads using various sources.

    Client Engagement: Work directly with businesses to understand their digital marketing needs.

    Strategy Development: Create customized digital strategies to help clients reach their goals.

    Client Journey Ownership: Manage the entire client journey from prospecting and sales to ongoing account management.

    Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

    Travel: Potential travel for company, vendor meetings, and industry-related conferences.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

    Experience: 3-5 years of digital/media sales experience.

    Business Development Focus: Proactive in prospecting and uncovering new potential digital advertisers, with a drive to develop new sales opportunities.

    Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing strategies and a passion for the digital advertising ecosystem.

    Motivation and Independence: A motivated, enthusiastic self-starter who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Sales Acumen: Strong relationship-building skills and a desire to succeed in a competitive marketplace.

    Resilience: Proven success in all aspects of the sales cycle, including confronting challenges and asking difficult questions.

    Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, authentically, and concisely with business owners and top-level executives.

    Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRM programs, project management tools, and Google Workspace programs (experience with Google Adwords and Meta Business Suite is a plus).

    Flexibility: Ability to travel and meet with potential customers in person as needed.
