Immediate, part-time (15 hours per week) opening for a dynamic administrative professional.  The Executive Assistant serves as an integral team member, providing high level, administrative support to the President and CEO as well as the Executive Team.  The preferred candidate will demonstrate a high level of organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as thrive in a fast-paced, non-profit environment, be highly proactive, extremely organized, discreet, and diplomatic yet assertive in dealing with others. In addition, this team member serves as a backup when reception staff is unavailable to assist clients served by CSSW.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 3-5 years’ experience working in an office environment, preferably with executive-level leadership. Associate degree in Business or related field or equivalent professional experience preferred. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Total compensation includes mileage reimbursement, comprehensive benefit plan with employer contribution, 401k retirement option, plus paid time off with paid holiday schedule that includes the week between Christmas and New Year’s.
