Top Strategic Planning Executive develops and recommends the organization's strategic and long-range goals based on analysis and studies of business conditions. Ensures the best use of the organization's resources for the establishment of key objectives and mission realization, considering organization's strengths, weaknesses, capacity, and products. Being a Top Strategic Planning Executive monitors and evaluates results of existing plans to ensure growth and profitability and makes adjustments as necessary. Keeps leadership abreast of changes in the industry or sector and impact of events on the business climate and incorporates relevant trend data into all plans. Additionally, Top Strategic Planning Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Strategic Planning Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, your customer service acumen and financial background will allow you to help families purchase high-quality homes in your community. You’ll act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department to ensure a helpful and friendly home buying experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Stay informed about every available loan program including both in-house and broker options.
- Create complete loan applications will any and all supporting documents prior to sharing with loan processing team.
- Build and manage healthy relationships with both internal and external partners, including but not limited to processors, closers, homebuilder sales partners, brokers and borrowers. Answer questions and provide guidance regarding status of various loans in pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Active NMLS license required.
- 2-10 years of mortgage originations experience preferred.
- Knowledge of single-family mortgages e.g. conventional, FHA/VA, etc.
- Experience with Encompass preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
