The OMS Sales Executive is responsible for selling to new prospects and cross-selling and upselling to existing Körber Supply Chain Software customers. This role involves cultivating and managing relationships with key clients, account managers, technology partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth internally and externally.

What a Day In The Life Looks Like

• Generate Opportunities.
• Selling into the existing customer base and net new customers.
• Implement strategies to effectively cross-sell within the existing customer base.
• Meet or exceed sales goals; prepare quotes and proposals.
• Prepare and present sales presentations; negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and sell the OMS solution.
• Maintain Salesforce records.
• Understand client needs and align OMS solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal sales teams.
• Maintain constant awareness of markets, competitor activities, and challenges within assigned targeted prospects, recognize trends that develop, and make appropriate recommendations
• Follow established delivery handoff procedure in order to ensure customers efficiently, transparently and fluidly transition from Sales to Delivery,
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
• Identify and generate potential leads through research, networking, and outreach.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

What You Bring To The Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• 5 years of supply chain OMS experience
• Ability to travel up to 75%
