- Representing a large, regional telecom provider in an outbound acquisition sales role
- Selling fiberoptic internet services to consumers across a 20-state footprint
- Contact customers and establish needs to offer a better solution
- Compare and contrast the consumers' current internet speed and technology with our clients' offers and promotions
- Salespeople able to overcome objections and paint a picture for their customer
- All work experiences welcomed thanks to our award-winning training program
- 6 months of call center experience preferred.
- 1 year of acquisition sales required, 3 years or more preferred, B2C experience a plus
- Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
- Internet navigation and applications skills
- Ability to think on the fly and transition to overcome customer objections
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence
- Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
