We are currently looking for a Telecommunication Analyst with knowledge of Avaya, PBX phone systems. The chosen candidate will:

    Serves as liaison and provides technical support to telecommunications users, including design,

    planning, installation, and maintenance.

    Analyzes telecommunications usage growth and works with end users and vendors to assist with projected telecommunications needs and equipment acquisition.

    Maintains system security, develops, and maintains documentation, and troubleshoots telecommunications problems

    Works to resolve telecommunications circuit issues, including working with our vendors.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area (REQUIRED)

    Knowledge Of Avaya, PBX, Phone System (REQUIRED)

    3 years of experience supporting telecommunications hardware and software, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Previous experience with software and hardware applications, data base knowledge and general administrative skill set

    Updated Covid Vaccination & Booster (Required)
