Top Trust Executive is responsible for all trust activities, policies, objectives, and the development of new business initiatives. Directs the analysis and review of investment options and sets investment policy and guidelines for the purchase and sale of securities. Being a Top Trust Executive ensures applicable tax reporting and returns are properly prepared and are in compliance with all regulations. May also provide guidance on legal matters to preserve and protect the organization and trusts. Additionally, Top Trust Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Trust Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, your customer service acumen and financial background will allow you to help families purchase high-quality homes in your community. You’ll act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department to ensure a helpful and friendly home buying experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Stay informed about every available loan program including both in-house and broker options.
- Create complete loan applications will any and all supporting documents prior to sharing with loan processing team.
- Build and manage healthy relationships with both internal and external partners, including but not limited to processors, closers, homebuilder sales partners, brokers and borrowers. Answer questions and provide guidance regarding status of various loans in pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Active NMLS license required.
- 2-10 years of mortgage originations experience preferred.
- Knowledge of single-family mortgages e.g. conventional, FHA/VA, etc.
- Experience with Encompass preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
