The ideal candidate will have specific experience in managing, updating, and auditing employee benefit plans as well as experience in developing compensation bands, completing market analysys and evaluating new total reward options for the company. Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
• Administers wage and salary administration programs.
• Provides analysis of pay structure, market-based grades, and geographic differentials.
• Participates and reviews salary surveys.
• Drives the new hire and open enrollment process to include communication, plan configuration and employee support during the process.
• Manage the COBRA process to ensure appropriate offering and compliance with the program.
• Develop and implement total rewards strategies to enhance recruiting and retention initiatives.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting for HR dashboards.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resource management preferred.
• At least three years’ experience in managing compensation and benefit plans, preferably in the mental health or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Experience using and updating ADP systems preferred.
• If in recovery, at least two (2) years verifiable sobriety is required.
• Know and abide by the general provisions of 42 CFR Part 2, “Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records”; and 45 CFR “Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act”.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Travel up to 15-20%
