Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our interior design firm. As the Social Media & Marketing Manager focuses on brand and digital marketing strategies, you are motivated and excited about providing the best content experience for customers that drive business growth. You will lead the company’s marketing initiatives, overseeing key areas such as strategy, brand voice, communication, brand websites, lead acquisition, e-mail, and social media marketing. The Social Media & Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the team, visiting project sites to capture content and working with the designers to fully understand the brand. This role will be responsible for weaving the story of the brand, while also being responsible for conversions. Working collaboratively to create content calendars, videos, and manage cross-channel strategy implementation.
Responsibilities:

• Defining a clear and thorough brand strategy
• Plan cross-channel marketing strategy compelling marketing efforts to drive brand awareness
• Project management of all channels
• Execute on social posts, email campaigns, PR outreach and management, etc.
• On-site content capture for jobs
• Set up & manage brand partnerships and affiliate programs
• Manage Instagram, FB, Pinterest, and Houzz profiles. Heavy emphasis on Pinterest account organization and optimization.
• Plan resource allocation across all marketing channels
• Opportunity for people management in the future
• Other tasks as needed and assigned by senior design team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably marketing or project management
• 5 years of relevant knowledge and experience marketing in the interior design, home furnishings, A&D, or luxury brand category
• Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and emerging trends.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proven success in marketing strategy & planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eager to learn and a positive attitude

• Must have a love for design and a passion to give our clients their dream.
