As a Show Writer for Ramsey Network you’ll bring our shows and podcasts to life! You can view our shows on platforms like: Youtube, Radio, Spotify, and Apple. You’ll partner with writers, personalities, producers, and editors on scripts and content to deliver our message of hope.

Product You’ll Focus On: This role is the tip of spear for our organization, creating content that inspires and propels life change. Our Network of shows is only growing, and there will only be more opportunity to reach people with our message of hope in more creative ways!

Team You’ll Grow With: 130 person creative team including 40 writers, editors and content strategists

What Winning Looks Like:

• Executes results-driven and emotional storytelling script quickly and efficiently
• Produces quality scripts informed by data
• Expertise in voice and subject matter for each script, not doing the same thing the same way.
• Champions our global Ramsey brand standards and brand voice across their team, business unit and global initiatives and strategizes where to take the shows next
• Be the trusted resource for show content, whether by a stakeholder, fellow writer, or producer
• Is known as a go-to person for knowledge in their field of writing

Skills Needed to Win:

• 3 years experience in professional script writing
• Comfort collaborating with producers, personalities, editors, etc. on scripts and content
• Bring cultural/industry relevancy to our content
• Ability to transform multiple complex ideas into a cohesive solution
• Experience having strategic conversations that drive show development with stakeholders
• Must provide professional script samples during application process

$46,000 - $70,000/year* profit sharing benefits

*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
