About This Job We are looking to add a Business Analyst/Product Owner to our Clearance Product Management team to support a variety of software development projects related to our clearance and custody platforms. In this technology-focused role, you will be primarily responsible for developing user stories and requirements based on use cases and business requirements. You will work closely with the product management team and the business and technical subject matter experts to identify optimal solutions to business problems and customer use cases. To be effective in this role you must be able to synthesize inputs from multiple sources and translate those into clearly articulated requirements for the software engineers to build. In this role, you will be expected to be autonomous, build consensus when there are differing opinions, and have the ability to drive projects forward to meet key milestone dates. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of financial services and the software development process and be able to quickly identify blockers, requirement gaps, and other constraints, as well as help lead the team to overcome these impediments.
