Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Job Description:
    As our Scheduling Coordinator/Student Advocate, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and scheduling within our company as we focus on and serve our clients/students. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, students, and vendors, managing their needs with professionalism and care. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and scheduling.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, business clients, and vendors.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally.
    • Take a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues before they arise.
    • Focus intently on details to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
    • Seek and accept feedback constructively to continuously improve performance.
    • Collaborate with management to support company goals and initiatives.
    • Maintain a professional and personable demeanor while managing multiple tasks.
