Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • The Terrace at Newark is seeking a NIGHT shift (11p-7am) Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant to become a part of our team! This is a great opportunity to work with the elderly providing assistance with daily activities and being a part of a small friendly group of staff.

    The Terrace at Newark Licensed Assisted Living Facility is family owned and operated and known for providing excellent care and services to our residents.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Provide routine individualized care services to our residents.
    • Monitor and report changes in patient health status
    • Provide personal care, such as assistance with bathing and dressing
    • Provide a positive and upbeat attitude that makes our facility feel welcoming to everyone!

    Qualifications:

    • Verifiable experience within the last year as a caregiver in hospice, home health, or other related fields. PCA, HHA, or CNA certification HIGHLY preferred.
