Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Success is measured by the demonstration of the ability to independently lead a nursing center and by meeting all state-specific standards for licensure eligibility.
     
    Position Highlights
    *Participate in task groups that have multi-site and/or company-wide impact.
    *Develop and execute special projects that add value to the nursing center.
    *Observe or fully contribute in all aspects of leading a nursing center such as family conferences, team meetings, new employee orientation, clinical care conferences, financial and labor management meetings, and so forth.
    *Provide center leadership with regular support, feedback and information regarding current nursing center operations and suggestions for improvement.
