Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Mule-Hide Products, a part of ABC Supply, North America's largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is looking for a Training Administrator to join the Mule-Hide Products team.
This position is the key to the success of Mule-Hide's training program. Mule-Hide has local and remote training centers actively training contractors and distribution partner associates weekly, as well as other training events taking place outside the training centers. The Training Administrator is the point person for ensuring everything from scheduling to final follow-up is accomplished. This position reports to Mule-Hide’s training manager and is located at Mule-Hide’s corporate offices in Beloit, WI.
