May collaborate with educational institutions to provide additional or specialized training. Additionally, Training Center Manager may be responsible for supervising trainers and instructors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Training Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     • Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply management.

    Social Media Manager:

    • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
    • Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
    • Monitor social media accounts for comments and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
    • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and trends.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
