Training Manager designs, plans, and implements training programs, policies, and procedures. Collaborates with functional teams to assess ongoing and future training and development needs and the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Training Manager researches new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs to meet the organization's changing needs. Engages with vendors providing supplemental training programs or training content. Additionally, Training Manager ensures that training resources and delivery methods are kept up to date and are effective. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Training Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The General Manager (GM) will serve as our Brand Ambassador both inside and outside the facility. You will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales and coaching teams in the facility. Duties include overseeing day-to-day activities, leading staff, driving membership sales, promoting member retention, and providing conflict resolution as needed. The GM will ensure efficient and effective performance to reach financial objectives, foster core values, establish community relationships to promote the brand and drive local market awareness and engagement activities. The GM's main responsibility is to create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals.

We are seeking individuals who are able to install the D1 training principles by properly implementing and teaching training programs and techniques while inspiring and motivating athletes.
In addition to training our members, D1 Coaches have the ability to build a personal training portfolio that can include college and professional athletes.
