We are looking for a Project Manager(s) to join our amazing Team!

(Local is preferred to our office in Marlborough, MA, with hybrid option) 

The project manager is a key role at TTA and will be responsible for project success from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, strong communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with our clients. The Project Manager will work in a team environment with our sales and recruiting teams.

What you'll do:

• Develop trusted relationships with all stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and talent
• Meet regularly with customers to ensure that we are meeting their needs
• Work closely with your internal TTA reps to review and assign priorities
• Prepare and facilitate kick-off meetings
• Review and approve detailed plans and schedules
• Draft and manage contracts for deployed talent
• Oversee talent preparation, upskilling, and/or certification
• Lead projects with multiple team members and stakeholders
• Respond professionally and positively in the face of challenges
• Be proactive in communicating early and often, anticipating and escalating potential issues
• Consult on deployment processes to ensure that best practices are followed and that clients benefit from TTA’s experience
• Handle travel, logistics etc. if needed for our talent professionals 

Qualifications:

• You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a client facing role as a Project Manager or similar background
• You are highly results-driven with a sharp customer focus and passion for serving customer needs
• You have exceptional attention to detail
• You have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt to changing environment.
• You are a team player with a positive, proactive attitude and growth mindset
• You have a passion for relationship-building & are a creative problem-solver
• You have exceptional communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
• You want to grow and constantly learn in a fast paced, ever-evolving industry
• You are proficient in MS Office applications
  • Typing proficiency of 60 words per minute or higher
