**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Travel Advisor to join our team. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements to various destinations. **Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' travel needs and preferences. - Offer expert advice on destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. - Plan and book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services for clients. - Handle reservations and payments ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and visa requirements for different destinations. - Resolve any travel-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally. **Skills:** - Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. - Knowledge of hotel accommodations, transportation options, and popular travel destinations. - Experience in travel planning and sales is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
