Treasury Manager manages all aspects of daily treasury operations to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Monitors cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Manager allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earnings forecasts. Develops and implements department policies, procedures, and internal controls. Position: Treasury Manager
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
• Cash Management: Monitor daily cash balances and forecasts to ensure liquidity needs are met. Coordinate with various departments to accurately forecast cash requirements. Implement strategies to optimize cash utilization and minimize idle funds.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, liquidity reports, and other treasury-related reports for management review. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Prepare closing procedures in all accounting areas; Cash, AR, AP, and post-closing reporting protocols.
• Treasury Operations: Oversee treasury operations, including cash management systems, electronic payments, and bank account administration. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
• Banking Relationships: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Negotiate terms for banking services, credit facilities, and other financial products. Evaluate banking proposals and recommend suitable banking partners.
• Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations related to treasury activities. Establish and maintain effective controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
• Advisory Role: Provide strategic advice to senior management on treasury-related matters, including capital allocation, financing strategies, and cash management policies.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
Core Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
· Min. of 5-8 years of proven experience in treasury management
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with ERP (Prefer SAP) and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
· Detail-oriented
· Korean/English Bilingual preferred
