We are seeking a career-oriented individual to join our client-facing Trust Professionals Team in Reno, NV for a full-time position as a Trust Administration Assistant.
Please note that this position has a HYBRID office/remote schedule. It is NOT 100% remote, and employees are expected to report to the Reno, NV office on a regular basis.
While entry-level job experience is desired, no prior knowledge of trust administration is required. However, a professional demeanor with interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality is a must. You would work as part of a team, assisting with the administration of various trust accounts.

Hourly compensation is $22.50/hour - $25.00/hour. Some overtime typically available after completion of training period. Eligible for a raise and/or bonus during annual review based on job performance.
