This position is responsible for delivering quality service to customers seeking a bankcard from Pioneer Trust Bank by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties
1. Handles the day-to-day operations of the Bank’s Credit Card Program and the Bank’s Merchant Bankcard Program.
2. Provides customer service to potential and current customers of the Bank.
3. Assists as backup for the Bank’s ATM/Debit Card Program.

Physical Requirements:
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED with one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience working in financial institution or bankcard processing.
