The Centreville District Court - Security Supervisor is responsible for managing staff and protecting premises, assets, and personnel. They maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions.
A. Requirements and Responsibilities
A.1 Provide strong leadership to ensure a successful, safe, and productive job site.
A.2 Maintain proper staffing levels at all screening locations.
A.3 Conduct daily briefings and End of Shift Reports and instruct staff on current requirements and upcoming events.
A.4 Conduct inspections ensuring TCS Officers are in complete uniform and fully equipped in accordance with the provisions in SOP.
A.5 Ensure functionality of all machinery and radio equipment, while ensuring adequate supplies are always available at the job site.
A.6 Ensure all calibrations and verifications of machinery are performed at the designated times.
A.7 Ensure Staff is properly trained and has access to all required documents in relation to the contract.
A.8 Actively monitor all staff activities and intervene when necessary to ensure all processes are performed properly.
A.9 Build staff work schedules and manage staff sign-in/out logs.
A.10 Review and approve/disapprove timesheets.
B. Qualifications
B.1 2 years or more of supervisory experience.
B.2 Must have time management skills.
B.3 Must have strong analytical skills.
B.4 Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
B.5 Must be technologically advanced with Microsoft programs, ADP, and Excel programs.
B.6 Must have exceptional leadership skills.
B.7 Valid driver's license (Clean record). Will drive company vehicle.
C. Training
