JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB SUMMARY: Collection of soiled uniforms for cleaning or replacement. Daily/Weekly updates with vendor guest service.
SPECIFIC DUTIES PERFORMED: This list of tasks is illustrative ONLY and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by positions in this class. It does not imply that all positions within the class perform all of the duties listed, nor does it necessarily list all possible duties that may be assigned.- Issues uniforms to team members.
- Collects uniforms for vendor pickup/cleaning services.
- Maintains team member records related to uniforms.
- Maintains uniform inventory including sizing/ordering of uniforms for new team members.
- Inspection of incoming/outgoing uniforms for stains, items in pockets, etc.
- Inform payroll of uniform agreements and payroll adjustments including exit paperwork.
- Consults with vendor representative daily/weekly.
- Relays information to vendor guest service via e-mail and phone (size changes, repairs, upgrades, deletes, etc).
- Prepares and maintains accurate and complete records and reports, including an efficient filing system.
- Builds relationships inside and outside of their department / team to improve ways of working and provide a great guest experience.
- Models for the team, a strong work ethic and is visible, available and present for the guest and their team.
- Identifies ways to improve workflows and processes to work smarter and increase efficiency.
- Moves the situation quickly toward resolution by efficiently managing and controlling the circumstances.
- Explains the “why” behind the resolution or action for the guest.
- Pays attention to detail and conducts thorough research to make the best decision for the guest and the business.
- Makes judgment calls based on understanding Legends Casinos’ Purpose, Values and Objectives while utilizing research, knowledge, and experience.
- Proactively shares guest feedback with executive management and peers in the spirit of continuous improvement.
- Seeks to share and improve processes and workflows based on guest feedback.
- Finds ways to make good use of their strengths and talents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
SUPERVISION EXCERCISED: None.
LICENSE REQUIRED: Must obtain and hold a Class II gaming license while employed and complete an annual background check with TGA.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: High school diploma or GED required. Testing required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Manual dexterity for operation of personal computer and routine paperwork. Ability to stand for extended length of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/REQUIRED FOR POSITION:
One year of related experience preferred. Computer literacy required. Cooperative office spirit and a team player. Must have organizational skills. Excellent guest service skills required.
